PROCESSING METHOD AND PURPOSE

Personal and / or company personal data (name, surname, company legal name, tax code and VAT number, registered office address, start and end service addresses, passengers' names in the case of company personnel, together with personal contact data (Telephone, Fax, E-mail) will be treated with the support of the following means:

  • Paper (voucher or mandatory service sheet: produced by the driver, showing the name and surname of the passenger, name of the person requesting the service, requested itinerary, start and end time, amount paid and service notes requested by the customer) or passenger).

  • IT (internal management) and platform managed by: NCCGEST s.r.l.s.

  • Telematics (Fax, SMS, Email)

 

The processing will be carried out using electronic instruments following security, process and internal organization logics strictly related to the purposes set out below, in order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the data in compliance with the rights of the interested party. by the provisions in force.


DATA PROCESSING
Treatments in relation to contractual obligations and related general contract conditions or better:

  1. Provision of the services requested by the interested party (requests for quotations, communications regarding the stages of progress of the service envisaged in the contract).

  2. Quality Control of the services offered by Travel Cars s.a.s. Di Allegrini G. & C. This purpose may include electronic sending or manual delivery of a satisfaction survey at the end of the service.

  3. Administrative and legal purposes (invoices and receipts, accounting seals, records).

  4. In reference to the aforementioned purposes, the conferment is to be considered mandatory, and their failure or partial conferment will make it impossible to proceed with the provision of the services requested.

 

Subject to explicit consent from the interested party, the data will also be processed for sending newsletters with the latest Travel Cars s.a.s. Di Allegrini G. & C, offers, discounts and last minute promotions.

We also inform you that, with regards to the particular data that Travel Cars s.a.s. Di Allegrini G. & C. following specific requests (guest passengers, public personalities) such data will be managed exclusively in the interest of our Customer for the sole period of the relative service, will not be archived, but will be destroyed or anonymized at the end of car rental service with driver.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS AND DATA TRANSFER POLICY
Without prejudice to the communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, all the data collected and processed will be communicated for specific purposes on specific categories of interested parties:

Internal processors:

  1. Secretarial and Administrative Department

  2. Operational Staff (Drivers and Coordinators)

  3. Sales and Marketing Department

  4. Structure Managers

  5. Public security organs

 

Furthermore, the interested party is informed that, Travel Cars s.a.s. Di Allegrini G. & C. DOES NOT transfer data to third parties / organizations. That these data are managed directly and exclusively by Travel Cars s.a.s. Di Allegrini G. & Cand electronically stored in accordance with current European legislation. 

 

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The compulsory data processed for the contractual, administrative and public security purposes will be stored in our information system and kept for the time necessary to carry out the contractual relationship and in any case for as long as required by the current regulations in force (tax and public security) .

For all other purposes, if the interested party has given their consent, the data will remain stored in our information system and stored until the data subject requests its cancellation.

However, we inform you that, if there is no communication between the parties for a period of more than 2 years, the data will be anonymized and kept for statistical purposes only.

 

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PERSON

Pursuant to the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the national legislation, the interested person may, according to the procedures and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

  • request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him (right of access);
